RETURNS POLICY
For UK orders we offer a free returns service within 14 days of your order date.
Simply follow the 5 steps below to create your Royal Mail Tracked Returns label and send us back your item(s) for refund.
1. On your paper invoice provided inside your package, fill out the reason for return and return quantity.
2. Fold and pack neatly any return item(s), replacing them in their protective bags.
3. Go to goosestudios.co.uk/free-tracked-returns and follow the on-page instructions to create your shipping label.
4. Print your label and attach securely to your package or download it on your smartphone and take it to a Post Office that offers a label printing service. You also have the option to organise a collection.
5. Once our warehouse team have received and approved your return for refund, we will confirm via email. Please note this can take up to 14 days. With current Royal Mail strikes, this time period may be longer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do take care when trying on items to avoid marking or damaging the item.
Please note, shipping costs are non refundable.
Haven’t received your refund yet?
It can take a few working days from us notifying you of your refund to the money appearing in your account.
- Please check your bank account one more time.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund reaches your account.

Exchanges
We are always open to ensuring you get your perfect fit, colour or size.
We don't offer a direct exchange service. However, we do offer free returns (see above) and we'd love to send you a Free Postage Code to use for ordering your preferred replacement style from our website.
Drop us an email with the subject line "Exchange", include your order number in the message, and we'll send over your Free Postage Code within 2 working days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
